Integrated Social Cognitive Theory with Learning Input Factors: The Effects of Problem-Solving Skills and Critical Thinking Skills on Learning Performance Sustainability

چکیده

E-learning is expected to become a common teaching and learning approach in educational institutions the near future; thus, success of e-learning initiatives must be ensured order make this sustainable mode learning. In improve students’ performance through use Saudi Arabia’s higher education, it was objective paper examine relationships between social cognitive theory input factors reflective thinking inquiry style as well indirect effects student problem-solving critical skills. As result, study thoroughly assessed that currently use, along with components situational should carefully taken into account while introducing an online education system top universities way ensuring sustainability. 294 university students completed questionnaire served initial dataset for research study, proposed conceptual model comprehensively using SEM. The results demonstrated have always had significant impact on involvement, human engagement, power, identity, support. Similar findings were obtained regarding skills inquiry-based thinking. Thus, ability learn greatly influenced by their solve problems think critically. Therefore, almost certain will aid policy makers decision whether fully deploy sustainability at throughout Arabia.
